Homes:
Stonehaven has the look of an upscale subdivision with a beautiful hilly topography and winding streets lined with cast iron street lamps. The lots are all sited with nice vistas and plenty of room to accommodate the ranch style bungalows and detached 2-storey homes that are situated on these lots. House styles include:Georgian, Colonial, Tudor and Victorian revival. Most are centre hall plans approximately 3000-3500 square feet with large driveways and double or triple car garages.
In many ways the Wyndham Estates streetscape appears to be a mirror image of Stonehaven however it is a few years older than Stonehaven and the houses and lots are a little bit smaller and the topography is not quite as hilly.
Copper Hills has been built in phases starting around 2007 and is still being developed as of the time of this writing in 2018. The French Provincial Manor style houses sit on 40 and 50 foot lots with double or triple car garages. The houses are quite large with many approximately 3000-3500 square feet or larger. Perfect for families with 4 and 5 bedrooms. These new luxury homes are for move-up buyers as the cost of new construction continue to rise across the GTA.
