What is Qi-gong?
“Qi” is the life force that is around us in nature and inside each living biology. “Gong” means work/movement or benefit acquired through perseverance and practice. Qi gong is part of Traditional Chinese Medicine and has a history of over 5000 years. Some called it the “Yoga of the Dao” or the Physiotherapy of Chinese Medicine in the West.
