CFSO is partnering with Toronto Fire Fighters Toy Drive to give away Free Christmas Gifts to children of low income newcomer families!

Eligible for newcomers who have either one of the following immigration status as defined by the Immigration Refugee Citizenship Canada (IRCC)++
- Permanent Residents
- Live-in Caregivers
- Convention Refugees
- CUAET (Canada Ukraine Authorization for Emergency Travel)
++All other immigration status are NOT ELIGIBLE at this time (Regular Work Permit, Regular Study Permit, Refugee Claimants, Canadian Citizens)
Must live in Toronto with Postal Code starting with “M”
Must be low income (2022 total household income)
- for couples-no more than CAD $45,000 annual household income
- for single parent family- no more than CAD $35,000
- *** add CAD $2,500 for each child
- For example: A family of 4 with parents and 2 children-income limit of no more than CAD $50,000
Must NOT have applied for the same program (TORONTO Fire Fighters Toy Drive) with another agency (no duplicate registration-may delay or cancel registration)
Must NOT have applied for the SANTA CLAUS FUND gift program at CFSO this year.
Must NOT have applied for the CP24/CHUM Christmas Wish Foundation.

Deadline to register is on Friday, November 24th, 2023 by 12pm.

- Each child will receive age appropriate and gender specific toy
- Gifts must be PICKED UP at our Scarborough office during business hours (no delivery)
- Pick up details will be communicated by email closer to the date (mid December)
- Gifts are subject to donations and may vary. We will do our best to distribute evenly & fairly among eligible families dependent on donations we receive
