Monday, August 15 marks Italy’s annual Ferragosto holiday!
To celebrate the occasion, for five days only TOCA will offer a curated a la carte add-on menu, featuring an extensive cheese selection with offerings exclusively from TOCA’s Cheese Cave. Guests will be invited to customize a personal cheese board after a visit to the cave, with selections including parmigiano reggiano, gorgonzola and rosemary pecorino, served with fresh grapes, apricot jam and crostini, and imports including meats, olive oils and balsamic vinegars. This limited experience also offers a special salumi board, where guests will have their choice of six different cuts of pork, including capocollo, speck and prosciutto, served alongside grainy mustard, cornichons, olives & baguette.
